Our Staff

Phillip is a South Carolina native and graduated with an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is married to Ellen, The Ark's Children's Pastor, and has served in full-time ministry since 1989. Despite living in Texas since 1997, Phillip remains a die-hard Oklahoma Sooners fan but that has been tempered a bit with his son being a Texas A&M graduate. He enjoys sailing, golfing, reading, and spending time with his family. As Executive Pastor, Phillip's role includes working closely with the Senior Pastor. Phillip provides strategic leadership, planning, and direction for all ministries. He is also responsible for personnel management, financial administration and oversees the day-to-day operations of the church.
