Dear God,
I know mankind needs a Savior, and I know I can't save myself. Jesus, I believe you're the son of God; I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and God raised you from the dead. Right now, I confess you as my Lord, as my Savior, as the one Who forgives me and restores me. Thank you Jesus, my past is forgiven and I have a relationship with you. I'm a new creation in Christ because I've said yes to You.
