Our Staff

John came to The Ark in 2009 after being a Youth Pastor for the previous eight years in Colorado. He received his bachelor's degree in Pastoral Christian Ministries from Oral Roberts University and also met his wife, Lindsay, while attending ORU. They have been married since 2003 and have four children: Brooklyn, Jonathan, Naomi, and Samuel. Some of John's hobbies include playing golf, coaching tennis, and cheering wildly for the Dallas Cowboys. John is a gifted and inspiring communicator with a genuine love for the students he leads. The Student Ministry offers Sunday classes, special weekend events, winter retreats, and a weekly Wednesday night service for 6-12th grade students.
